However, we can help you with your relocation needs anytime of the year as long as you provide us with a 5 day notice ahead of time. When you contact us to request a free in-home estimate, our moving professionals will schedule your relocation based upon the convenience and flexibility of your schedule. Working around the convenience of our Clients schedule is very important to our Company. Essentially, anytime is the best time to move, when you hire Top Notch Moving Solutions!

When you request a free in-home estimate, our moving professionals will contact you to arrange a convenient time and date to come out to your home, and survey your household items. Our survey consist of taking inventory of each item you’d like to include in your relocation, and also the weight of each item. This helps us properly quote your moving job, and also prepare our moving professionals with proper equipment such as Boxes, Shrink Wrap, Crates, Dollies and many more moving resources that we’d need to successfully execute your relocation as professionally as possible.

We accept several forms of payments including Cash, Certified Check, Money Orders and Credit Card. Our Customer Service representative can discuss your desired payment method in further detail when you contact us about your relocation.

Yes. We provide all-around moving solutions to each and everyone of our clients. If you’re interested in utilizing our packing services, please be sure to mention coupon code “Top Notch Packing” and we’ll give you a discount up to 20% on your packing job. We provide both, packing and unpacking services, with boxes included.
